Haemodialysis

The HD unit (Pusat Hemodialisis PPPUiTM) is a fully HDF unit. HDF is a form of dialysis which has better middle molecule clearance. HDF has also been shown to increase the life expectancy of a dialysis patient and reduce their risks of a cardiac event.

This unit was opened on the 30th March 2016. It has two isolation bays for Hepatitis C and Hepatitis B patients.
